Decent interview process. There is definitely a gap between headquarters and the regional offices that needs to be closed. The interview with the regional office went very well, after that I thought that I would for sure get a job offer. However, what regional offices is looking for and what headquarters is looking for is a very different thing. .

Interview
Met a recruiter at a career fair. Interviewed on site with the recruiter. Got a call to interview at headquarters. They flew me out and payed for everything. Five half hour interviews at headquarters.

What qualifies you for the position? Most of the questions were based on me and my background. They were trying to get a feel for me and my work ethic.

Interview
The interview process consisted of four 30 minute interviews with each of the regional vp's of grain merchandising. Most of the time was spent talking about my history and background with the occasional stock interview question thrown into the mix.
