The initial interview went very well as I believe but in the end, it becomes fishy once the Senior Person from the company told me that in the next round they will hand me a problem they are facing which I have to give a 10 min presentation on how to solve their problem. I knew from this moment that this company is fishing ideas from candidates and not actually looking for a candidate. Anyway, I still made time to make a presentation with ideas for them and I did present that in front of a few Interviewers in the next interview. But then I realized again that they are not actually looking for candidates really. I had an impression during the presentation that they did not fully understand the ideas I was presenting which I understood, since they do not have that experience, I understand that. Luckily I will say I m not selected but I am really happy about that, once I started reading the reviews for this company.
My suggestion is to turn back and run if a company asks to solve a specific problem to solve that they are having issues with.
