I applied online. I interviewed at Gemic (Berlin) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very laborious pre-assignments for an internship. The discussion was kind, but in the end rejected. Would have been nice to get more feedback during the conversation, or have the pre-assignment be significantly shorter.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gemic (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 steps – informal + 2 case studies + partner interview. Case studies focus on developing a business case from business and cultural point of view. The cases ranged between automotive, luxury and government cases.

Interview
The team is inconsistent at best. I applied online, and the process took over six months. I had two interviews, but the staff came unprepared for the second round and did not share any information about the company, role, or expectations. They seemed disinterested in the hiring process during the second round. Additionally, they don't have an HR point person, only a generalist. There were no follow-ups from the team and a lack of attention to detail in both rounds. I received no feedback on either interview stage. A month after the second interview, when a final partner round was promised, I was ghosted.
