Gen II Fund Services interview questions

Interviewed with 2 other individuals. Went over my background and experience and then learned about the position/opportunity. Was asked many tax technical questions as well as case scenario questions. Many questions were asked to determine if I truly qualify for a tax manager position as opposed to a Senior Tax Analyst.

The interview process was smooth and professional. It included an initial HR screening followed by interviews with the team and management. Most questions focused on fund accounting experience, reconciliations, financial statements, and handling deadlines. Overall, the process was straightforward and the interviewers were friendly.
