I want to share my own experience (May 2024):
1st round: Fill out the online form (they already asked very technical questions, so it takes some time to answer)
2nd round: Online technical test (two questions, must be completed within five hours)
3rd round: Video call technical test (two questions, one is an algorithm, the other is SQL). You need to share your screen because the interviewer will be watching how you answer. After answering two questions, the interviewer will continue to ask some technical questions, totaling one hour.
4th round: Physical technical interview (went to the company for an interview, was grilled by two leads for two hours, no coding, but the technical questions were very in-depth).
5th round: Video call technical interview (the email said they wanted me to understand the team structure so that they could decide which team to place me in, but in the end, they asked similar questions to the 4th round, just with different interviewers). A little over an hour in total)
At this point, I should mention that I haven't discussed anything about salary and benefits with HR yet; it was entirely technical interviews.
A few days after the 5th round, HR emailed me saying I was hired and wanted to schedule a discussion about the salary for the next day. So I happily agreed. Then the meeting scheduled for the next day was postponed to the day after, and the meeting on that day was postponed to the following week. Until the next week, I asked HR what was going on, and he said he would call me the next day (the next day was Saturday, so I became suspicious). Sure enough, when he called me the next day, he told me that my position had been put on hold, so I guess that means I wasn't hired. Five rounds of interviews, over a month of time, and in the end, this is the outcome.
