GeneID Lab interview questions

This is where things became shady. I was asked to complete a business plan for the hiring manager to review which I did and was excited to do so. After this, this resulted in numerous phone calls each week from the hiring manager to discuss 'targetting' and me asking him for input. To the degree that it felt like I was a hired employee fine tuning this thing. It also resulted in me being asked to go start booking appointments with medical clinics where I already had relationships so that I could 'hit the ground running and open my first account within 45 days after training.' So on top of preparing a business plan, numerous phone calls to discuss targetting, I'm now out driving around and going into offices to pitch lab offerings for a job I don't even have in order to book appointments. I did all this because generally these things aren't asked of anyone unless they are very seriously considering you. To set meetings with potential clients before a job is offered is a horrendous ask as it forces us to leverage those relationship, pitch the product, and then cancel letting them know I didn't get the job and I take this very seriously as my professional reputation is something I take very seriously.
