Applied and within a week was asked to complete a recorded video interview that consisted of 3 questions. Following that I was asked to come in for a face to face interview within the office. Interview itself was fairly average with standard scenario questions. Had two managers asking questions back and forth for about 45 mins. About 2 days later was requested to complete a personality, numeracy, reading comprehension and pattern recognition test. Then criminal record check and references.
