Easy Interview. Mostly technical questions. Friendly. Meet president first. Plant tour. Fairly informal Meet company stake holders interview next. Offer shortly thereafter. Negotiation. The process was gernally smooth and easy. They seemed keenly interested in my techincal abilities and ability to fit in with the work environment. President was interesting and informative of the company and its objectives. All the questions were common and not that challenging.
