Genesis Diamonds interview questions

Initial communication for my position was made via email. Genesis Diamonds' website has a page dedicated to job search and email applications are taken year round. Our initial emails consisted of the receipt of my resume, followed up with questions regarding my experience in the field, knowledge of the designer jewelry industry and career aspirations. Final part of the process with Genesis Diamonds was the face to face interview. I was directly asked questions about my experience and was asked to describe how I would react to specific circumstances which might arise (for example, dealing with questions about financing and how would I deal with a difficult customer). I was offered the position at the interview.
