The interviewer no-called-no-showed our scheduled interview after they had requested a reschedule. Then, they ghosted me. I get it, stuff happens. If they needed to cancel for whatever reason that's fine. But then no response, acknowledgement, or apology? I cancelled plans during my vacation to accommodate their reschedule request, not to mention, the hours of preparation I put in beforehand. Very unprofessional.
