My interview process with Genius Sports started with an initial conversation with a psychologist. It was a pleasant and friendly discussion, more like an informal chat than a traditional interview. Four days later, I had a second interview with another interviewer who was noticeably more rigid. This stage was much more technical, with numerous questions, including highly specific details about basketball. In the end, I decided to decline the offer, as it wasn’t particularly attractive to me.
