They found my CV on one of the Job boards and called for a brief phone interview. I was offered £25,000 starting salary and a great job progression. I thought it is strange that they called me, as I don't have a lot of sales experience to be an account manager. I started research on the company and found that there isn't much information either. I was invited to a 2nd stage interview in Vauxhall London, completed a personality test and then had a fece-to-face interview. I was asked to dress professional and was astonished by the way the employees and the interviewer dress themselves - dirty and less-than-casul look.
The interviewer described the basic day as 8-10am being in the office and 10am-6pm is outside of office visiting businesses and offering them to start using BT broadband.
I went away feeling I wasted my time and concerned that the interviewer was unable to answer my question - "What kind of businesses I would have to visit and where?" She was unable to provide a single example, although I've asked twice.
Also big thank you to Glassdoor users for reviews and I'm glad I didn't go ahead with the job. I honestly don't know who wrote the Positive reviews, as the experience is terrible from the first conversation. I was shocked by how rude they are.
