Interview
Interview process was very smooth. I gave my availability and they were very accommodating to my schedule. Interview was with two supervisors. Intimidating at first, but they are extremely friendly and helpful. Interview was more casual than expected, and seemed like more of a formality than an intensive vetting. Just be yourself.

Straight forward interview that focuses on the culture fit. Reading and writing comprehension was a must, especially in terms of communicating with other department heads. Some behavioral questions that followed.
