Interview process wasn't too bad. Know what a cap rate is. What a cmbs loan is. LTV, DSCR and Debt Yield. Know what a mortgage constant is. Know what information goes into a rent roll and what an operating statement is.
Excel skills need to be good. Need to be able to pull property reports from Argus.
No excel test. Goal is to make sure you will be a right fit. They ask behavioral questions so be familiar with good ways to answer those types of questions (tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years)
