I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (San Leandro, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Received a call from Human Resources with basic questions as part of a screening process. She scheduled me for a same day interview with the hiring manager. He asked basic questions about my current position and behavior based questions, the interview was about half an hour long. Two days later I received a call from HR again asking if I'd like to schedule an interview with the plant manager, which occurred two days after that. This interview was similar to the first, easy questions about my interests and resume and basic behavior based questions. The interview was, again, about a half an hour long. After another two days I got a call from HR asking to fly me out to the site (in California) to interview with the whole team. It was about four hours of interviews, with 5 people. The interviews were broken into categories like "adaptability" or "knowledge" with behavior based questions tied to these topics. After the interviews, they gave me a plant tour and then took me to lunch. I got a call from HR the same day offering me the position. A great interview experience

Question 1
Describe a time when you challenged a decision made by your manager or higher-up
Very quick interview process only taking a couple weeks, starting at a college career fair which turned into a formal application. This was then followed up by a pre-recorded behavioral interview. Lastly there was a technical interview with current engineers, where they simply went over the resume and asked technical questions pertaining to the skills and experiences you had listed.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Crossett, AR) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was in two separate parts from different people, both an hour long each. On top of the MBM principle questions they asked, each individual was interested in where I was from, my work history, and wanted to get to know me on a personal level.

I was asked to provide answer to interview questions in the form of a story with a clear problem statement, how I solved the problem, and a conclusion. Very relaxed interviewing process, I did not feel intimidated. Technical questions were not asked.
