Face to face interview with a panel of search committee. Teaching demonstration with search committee as the students. Questions were based on content, teaching style and what you could bring to the program.

Interview
The search committee was friendly and helpful to answer my questions. They did not conduct an on-campus interview because of COVID but did a zoom meeting. The overall experience was good.
It was brief and had approximately 5 people participating. The interviewees took turns asking questions. They were forthcoming about the challenges of the role, and the benefits. Overall a positive experience.
In my memory, this university did not follow a normal standard to interview people. They just interviewed a 6-10 people, and wait for their reply. Many people would decline GSU's offer. For most of the cases, people ranked low would accept the offer.
