Very easy. I would strongly recommend that you are sure to review the company's policies and procedures. I also would highly recommend researching the qualifications of the Member Services Representative job position to have clear understanding of what all the position entails.

I was interviewed by the manager and sales manager. They were friendly and took turns asking a lot of questions. they left giving me the impression I didn't get the job but I was called 2 days later. its not that hard of an interview. they asked the same typical that other companies asked. dont stress.
