GetAgent Head Of Operations interview questions

Started with an initial phone screen with the recruitment manager, which would have lead to a 1:1 with the CEO. However, despite being told by the recruitment manager that he would schedule a calendar invite that afternoon, I did not hear back from him. No response to a follow-up email, which shows a lack of maturity around hiring practice- especially if this is what you are employed to do. Seems like other candidates have had a similar experience, which is a bit of a red flag in my experience. As someone who has hired extensively, it is common decency to get back to people. Disappointing because the company and the role sounded interesting.
