Interview
Went through several layers of interview process, including in no particular order: a video interview, a meeting with a senior developer, a meeting with a VP, and did a short workshop-style task that demonstrated some of the skills I'd be required to know for the job. There was also a personality quiz similar to the popular "16 personalities" quizzes, but more focused on work and the workplace.

Some examples of questions included things like, "What management styles have you experienced and preferred," "Name a time you were challenged or felt proud of a challenge you overcame," and various other similar styles of typical interview questions.

Starts with the application then a one way video interview to a couple basic skills assessments. Will be followed up by 1-2 more interviews with the CTO before being offered position.
