Easygoing interviewers, make you feel comfortable. Some questions were irrelevant to the vacancy. They ask some personal questions to get background info on you and what you do in spare time. Must pass a fitness test in order to get an interview. Selection process somewhat unfair as family friends were picked for the job over others who were better suited. Eg, picked a family friend who failed the running part of fitness test over someone who passed fitness test with top 10 time out of 70 applicants.
