I was told it would be at least a couple hours but I was done under an hour it seemed. It was rushed and I knew almost immediately they didn’t like me. The senior paralegal clearly had made up her mind within minutes. Body language speaks volumes. Would’ve loved an actual honest chance. The manager came next who really was in a rush to get me out. Hopefully they can learn from this and give all candidates a proper chance. Also- staring at my braid made me uncomfortable. Maybe I looked too ethnic.
