I applied online on an application, where I didn't even have an uploaded CV, they still answered and called me, telling me I am the right fit for the company. (?)
The process is pretty straightforward. You will have a chat with Chris, who is the face of the development program (in London), who is also a very easy-going and chatty person. Then they will ask you to come for a second appointment whereas you will need to join a bunch of people -same agency- and travel somewhere zone 4 on your own packet. (BRING YOUR OYSTER CARD)
Following the highlighted streets on a printed map, you will join a mentor who shows how to sell their product. Literally knocking on the doors and ringing doorbells. The job is commission based. If you make a sell you will get £40.
Pretty straightforward, not for everyone. Good and easy way to get money, but this is not for ambitious people, at all. I personally said goodbye to them.
They literally hire anyone who speaks English, well presented and looking young.
