Phone screen with HR a week after applying online for an attractive rotational analyst position. Scheduled an in person interview a week later with three team members. I shuffled my schedule to accommodate theirs but only one manager was in the office the day of my interview. The interview was very basic, essentially a rehash of the job description with emphasis on different rotational duties that begin in the corporate office as an excel data analyst. No technical questions or tests. A week later HR calls to offer a position not as a corporate real estate analyst, but as a leasing professional in a different city. Beware of the bait and switch tactic to attract capable employees to fill undesirable positions.
