I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Girls Who Code
Interview
Had a Google Hangout interview with former instructor. She asked 2 technical questions. One was given ahead of time. She also asked about thoughts on Summer Immersion Program and scenario questions.
Although I am usually fine with online interviews, the interviewer didn't wear earphones. I could hear myself from her mic, and it was very distracting. This could just be that one time for me though.

Firstly, I received questions about my past experience. The first part feels like a behavioral interview. And then, there was a sample teaching session. Lastly, I needed to solve a coding quiz. The interview was virtual on Zoom.
The interview started with basic personality questions and then moved to behavioral questions and a technical debugging question. There was also a section where you would mock teach a lesson.
