Interview
Spoke to Ronald Glantz. He asked why I was looking for a new position. I expressed my interest in a certain area of law and he said he didn’t think this would be a good fit. No explanation as to what they were looking for or anything. Definitely not a firm to consider. I appreciate the directness however, the way the interview was handled is a clear indicator of the culture when it comes to management.

Interview
They try to negotiate a ridiculously low salary via phone call or email before you even get to meet anyone face to face (red flag #1). I came in to see what it was like anyway. Established office is a plus, but not my kind of work or work environment.

Interview
The interview was ok... had a typing test which wasn't so bad. They gave me false expectations by making me think that there was room for growth. They also made it seem like there would be raises and that upper management cared about their employees- which came to be the total opposite!
