The interview itself was really straightforward. Had to sit in a room filling details then to answer lifeguard related questions (pool ratios and multiple choice questions). Then followed by 2 interviewers asking STAR q's.

Very professional yet relaxed, the interviewers were very kind and listened carefully to my answers. I also had to do a test-climb and was asked to give a safety induction as if I was talking to a group of visitors.
