Interview
Met with a manager in the operations division. Short and painless. Apparently a growing company. The are doing a lot of hiring for entry level positions as collector. Quick phone interview followed by an in person interview. Would favor people with previous experience in phone work, collections or customer service. They do talk about hourly rates at the in-person interviews.
