Glendale Community College (California) interview questions

Very formal and structured interview. Final interview was generally more casual and easy going but you definitely feel the intensity more in the final interview because you know they are judging you based on how you answer, not just what you say.

Process took 6 weeks. Submitted an application. Heard back 2 weeks later. Went in for the job talk followed by panel questions. Mostly focused on teaching experiences. 2 weeks later, went back for a follow-up interview with 3 administrators. 45 minute long conversation about teaching approaches, experiences, etc. Overall, it was a positive experience.
