A complete Nightmare.
Must have recruiter phone interview, then must have manager phone interview, then finally third interview is on site with same manager from phone interview.
If you pass that, they bring you back on site NO LESS than 3 separate times having 5 or 6 people interview you until you've interviewed with every employee of the company.
During the process you're learn exactly what other people wrote on glassdoor about nepotism, favoritism, etc.
This is NOT a company you want to work for (Who knows what really goes on BTS - probably freaky!
