They asked me to prepare a financial model from scratch with real world scenarios and assumptions. After I sent it, I was supposed to have a meeting which did never came. I put in a lot of efforts and a number of days to build that. In my profession, it is common to have like test of skills or exams during job applications. This one was different as they asked for a full financial model (this is usually asked when you are already hired and you will spend paid company hours to build one). They practically got one for free.
