Global Christian Relief interview questions

Nice sunny day and some of the staff were having a picnic outside whilst eating lunch and playing cards, which generally set up a positive vibe for the visit, I met The Event Manager, whose assistant's job I'd previously applied for but not been interviewed, so this time I was one step closer to home.
