Interview
STEP 1: Submit Resume, Cover Letter and other materials
STEP 2: Video introduction. If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process we would like you to submit a 2-3 minute video of yourself. Help us understand what you have done in sales or online marketing, what do you know about data or CRM systems, and most importantly, tell us about yourself, why you are passionate about the world. In essence, why do you think you are the best candidate for this challenging position. Don’t get crazy with editing, just be yourself.
STEP 3: Interview with the Admissions Manager via Skype or Google Hangout.
STEP 4: Final interview in Annapolis, MD headquarters or Skype with the CEO, President and other senior directors in the company.
