Global Greengrants Fund interview questions

Phone interview, then in video interview with Grants Manager, Associates, and Operations manager. Questions were typical, but should be ready to answer questions on DEI, Environmental issues, and database management.

Interview process had the potential to be good, but dropped the ball at the end. Initial interview was a panel with 4/5 members and an hour long. I thought the interview went well, but received a templated rejection email a few days later. I asked the coordinator if I can receive some feedback since it seemed to go very well and members were very receptive to my answers, and considering that this was a longer interview with multiple team members, I expected to receive some feedback at the very least. Unfortunately, I got ghosted after.
