Interview process initially went well. Screening with the recruiter, then interview with the hiring manager. I thought both interviews were exceptional. After not hearing back for nearly a week, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiters. No response. Followed up a week after that, still no response. No update, no nothing. On the bright side, I’m glad they showed me how they handle their candidates because if they can ghost a candidate, display zero courtesy, and lack so badly in communication, then I can’t even imagine how they treat their employees. It’s enough they had me go through multiple rounds of interviews, just to utterly waste my time without even the courtesy of a follow-up. But it was definitely a blessing in disguise.
