Applied online. First round is interview with the recruiter, video call on Zoom. It's just normal questions, but didn't have the chance to talk to the hiring manager for the next round.
There is a pretty lengthy process for background check. You have to list all history of work and where you have lived. Then if you pass someone calls you to confirm the schedule and to guide you to next steps.
