I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Global Personals
Interview
Phone interview, test, and 3 face-to-face interviews
They were very keen on me at the beginning, but after the first interview (it was supposed to be only one interview!) they kept postponing their decision. Then they made a second round of interviews with more people, and decided to have a third round with the CEO. At the end of this whole process which took about 2 months, they told me that I am not fitting their corporate culture, probably because I am coming from a much more professional company.
Very unstructured interview process, they were not really sure what they were looking for. Not recommended at all!
