Global Technical interview questions

I applied for the position online. About two days later I received an email about setting up a phone interview. The first phone interview was brief. Just went over what I was looking for and qualifications. The next week I had a second phone interview with the Director of Corporate Recruiting.The final step in the process was an onsite interview at the office in Westlake with the VP and the Director. A few days later I received an offer.

Went to a career fair, had a second interview with corporate recruiter. Third was a interview with the VP and got an offer on the spot. It was more of the company needing me so badly that they put me on the spot to accept or decline while I was sitting right there in my interview.
