Overall the asked some descent questions on software side. How you solve the problems. How many change request you take per week.

Somewhat slower recruitment process than usual for an IT Company. It took 5-6 weeks from HR call to offer. Very corporate environment. It took an additional month afterwards to get a dev environment.

Interview
Recruiter screen followed by two 30-minute interviews with Engineering Managers. Questions were focused on past experiences and technical topics related to the role. No programming questions. I was contacted shortly after with an offer.
