Was approached by HR via email, not once a call was made. They are hiring for current 12" fab expansion beside Fab 7. After almost a month, HR invited me to interview with module manager, director and a senior engineer. It lasted for 30 minutes. My impression of director is that he is a nasty guy to work with, questioned everything and challenged the achievements I gave as if he was there working with you on the project and knew all the details. I have a feeling it is not going to be pleasant to be working under his team. A week later, HR emailed me again that they wanted to move on with my application. Asked for last drawn payslip and bonus. Waited for 1 month afterwards with no news, I guess they decided not to hire me.

Pleasant interview process, smooth onboarding. Interviewer was interested with what I was sharing and shared about the company’s ambition and processes involved. Do practice for basic semiconductor process questions and pay close attention to the job description.
