There are three steps of interview process: phone interview, in person interview with HR and interview with manager, The HR explained the job position, mentioned that the manager is very strcits, asked to tell about myself and my qualifications.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globalink Logistics Group in Aug 2009

Interview

The interview process was pretty simple. It was conducted by CFO and GM finance. They checked my education background and then started of with asking question related to finance field. They told me of a scenario related to accounting and asked me my feedback on how I would make the respective entries.

If a company has operating profit of 4 million dollars and non operating dollars of 7 billion dollars. Why is there such a big difference and where is the 7 billions dollars coming from.
