Meeting with several people in the following order: recruiter, hiring manager/hr, dev manager, engineer #1, engineer #2, dev manager, hr, offer, hr, updated offer. Overall, it was a straightforward process, just a little lengthy but nothing out of the ordinary.

Me pidieron una prueba de código entre 2 y 4 horas para implementar 2 vistas enviadas a través de Figma.
En mi opinión la prueba de código ha sido una perdida enorme de tiempo y el único feedback que me han dado a sido muy escaso y sin demasiado fundamento. Al parecer querían que se hiciesen test para cada cosa y no sólo alguno como ejemplo. No creo que en 2 - 4 horas pueda hacerse.

The interview process was very good. Applied through angel list. Got a coding challenge and was invited for an on-site interview after I submitted the solution. The on-site interview went very well. Went longer than expected but pretty organized overall. the HR responded very quickly to any emails and the process was very quick. 2 weeks from when I applied till receiving an offer
