Came in for an in-person interview and she asked me scenario based and skills based question. Receieved an email three days later that they wanted to move forward with my application and to contact them for more details... to then later be told they sent me the email by mistake.

Interview
Quick, hiring manager was very communicative and responded well with scheduling the interview. Got an email back in two days and was offered a position mid interview. They started training within the weekend.
The interview consists of two steps and took place after week or two of you pass your CV screening.
Round 1: A face-to-face open interview with one of the store managers.
Round 2: An online informal talk with their American HR Office.
