Very straight forward interview process which often involved one or two people. Follow up interviews would tend to have a couple of different people from the role you are applying for. Then there was a final interview which helped them confirm who they would pick from the list of candidates.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you overcame a problem on one of your projects?
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Glowmade (Guildford, England)
Interview
Three stages. First chat with contracted recruiter, mainly to discuss the role as opposed to really being questioned if you were a fit. Second interview was online with two members of the team, Third was two more members one of which was head of QA. All online and over the phone. A very drawn out process - took place over about 6/7 months.

Question 1
Have you ever filled out a QA form for a game you've played?
The interview process took longer than it needed to - it was hard to get a hold of the Recruiter just to get the interview scheduled. The interview unfortunately did not feel like a conversation but more of an exam - questions thrown at you one after the other for 55 minutes when the interview was 1 hour. When there were approximately 5 minutes left of the slot, I finally had the chance to ask my own questions, which unfortunately wasn’t enough for me to understand what the role was, the company or the game.
