Applied via jobs board. Got a call from the branch manager who asked a few questions about previous experience and why I was interested in sales. I was invited for an interview, quite simple

Asked about sales experience and interests outside the office environment. Very relaxed interview. straight forward questions based on your cv.
Applied online. Interview was remote. Was a very inappropriate interview. I was asked my age and sexist comments were made. Didn’t receive a job offer and I wouldn’t have considered accepting if I did.
