There was a pre-screening set up before the interview was to be scheduled. They ask basic questions regarding your knowledge of being a concierge. Also they ask if you would be alright occasionally cleaning cars before staff has arrived or later on when staff has left. Another pre-screen question was based on experience such as customer service, concierge, guest experience etc.

There were no questions which were too difficult to answer, everything was easy.
easy phone call and an interview hired on spot benefits they make it sound like pay is more than it is - it isnt - bare minimum but want over the top results

Easy going. There was a phone interview and then I had an in person interview. The interview process was very smooth and I do not have any complaints about that. Just be yourself!
