Interview
Interview was over Skype, then had to make four hour trip to Fairlawn, Ohio for in-person interview. From there I had to take a skills test to ensure I could handle job performances. From there I was hired and required to move and start work within a week's time. Interview was a group interview with multiple persons.

Interview
I arrived at the office for a scheduled interview with Stu Moss. I was greeted at the door by Stu's dog. I announced my arrival and Stu came out to meet me. We began by reviewing my portfolio and then proceeded to discuss the company history. I was told the company was in transition from a printing company to a digital media company. I was asked if I was able to oversee the new transition and I told him I was more then capable. We discussed pay rate expectations and I was asked to work the first 90 days at a lower rate and that the company could provide me with an automobile in exchange for a smaller pay rate. I told Stu I did not need a car and that the amount I requested was the amount needed to get me in the company. He agreed and I came in the next day to begin work.
