Position based in Milan, Italy. 1. Phone screening 2. Online interview with HR. She was lovely and happy to listen as well as ask questions. 3. Moved on to the next step with Team leader. Very nice and friendly, calm. After a few questions and a bit of chat about the role, personality, the team, the job, the company I was asked to role-play. Role play was challenging but still difficult enough for the position. 4. Called by HR and advised I had been very successful on the previous interview/role play so they took me to the next step. 5. 30 min online interview with the country manager. By the minute we started speaking I could tell he didn’t like me for whatever reason. 6. Very disappointed as 1 week later still no feedback from them. I emailed them and asked for one. If I didn’t email then they probably would have left me hanging. 7. Hr emailed advising I wasn’t offered the position as I wasn’t what they were looking for.

Online, the girl was really nice. She asked me about myself and my experience and told me About the company. Pretty basic stuff but she was kind. First I introduced myself , then she told me about the position, asked me questions about my experience then I asked some questions about the position
