GoTo Business Development Representative BDR interview questions

The interview process included an initial screening call, and then an hour long interview with the teams two managers. This included a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute interview.

During the initial phone screen, we did intros, then she asked what made me interested in the position. She shared information about the position and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She told me that there weren't any current BDR openings and that they do interviews so that they will have people to fill the positions once they become available because there is a fast turnover rate due to people being promoted... She said she would contact me when one becomes available. She never contacted me, but the phone screen went well.
