relaxed vibe and smart questions
Had a tour at the office and also learned about the company coulture.
Managers were welcoming and willing to answer questions as well, also had a change to shadow someone who worked as a User Services rep.

, apllied via a staffing agency, who got me a phone interview the next day, i got a call from thiago, he asked basic interview questions for 5 min,then and i got the job, not sure he ever saw my resume, they asked more of character information, not much for skills or education.
