Interviewed directly with the owners and was very comfortable talking with them. They gave me a tour of their facilities and showed me their operation. I got a good understanding of their safety practices, commitment to quality, and desire to continue to grow their business through hiring qualified people. I was introduced to potential co-workers, and even had the opportunity to talk to them one on one.
